Here are some very commonly asked questions that we get fed up answering.

This is not a replacement for /guide and you should read the guide fully. Always consult the guide, the wiki or this FAQ before asking questions in chat. Unless you want a fed up staff member who has had to answer the same question 100 times already because people don't like reading being annoyed at you.

Q: I'm new, where's my horse?
A: Do /h l, click it on the list, then do /h tp here.

Q: How do I open my backpack?
A: Use /bp.

Q: How do I get to my plot?
A: Use /plot home.

Q: I've been gone and I don't have a plot or a horse?
A: When you've been gone 30 days or more, the server gives you a new plot and a horse token.

Q: How do I build/How do I get creative?
A: Go to your plot, do /struc. A GUI will open. In the GUI you can buy the ability to build certain things. Once you've bought something in the GUI, you can then Shift-Click or press 9 on your keyboard to get creative to build it.

Q: How do I tack up my horse?
A: Right click your horse, go to the Inventory option (it's the chest icon). The standard horse GUI will open where you can put saddles/rugs. Close the GUI and another GUI will open. You can put other pieces of tack here.

Q: How do I earn money?
A: Read /guide. It has a section on making money.

Q: What level do I have to be to rank up?
A: Newcomer = 0 / Stablehand = 1 / Trainee = 10 / Advanced = 25 / Master = 50 / Champion = 100 / Instructor = 150 / Elite = A special christmas gift for instructors

Q: How do I become staff?
A: You don't.

Q: How do I turn off the chat filter?
A: Do /chat

Q: How do I turn off the chat emojis?
A: Do /chat emoji (Do note, this will only stop you seeing them, everyone else will still see emojis, including ones in your own chat).

Q: What is wrong with this server?
A: We don't know either.

Q: Why can't I see the horses in different sizes?
A: Have you downloaded the mod? It's available on our discord.

Q: How do I get to the discord?
A: Do /discord in game.

Q: Why does my screen keep going black and I fall off my horse?
A: You need to eat/drink. Buy food and drink from /warp mall

Q: Which staff can set light for me?
A: Any member of staff can set light.

Q: Which staff can clear plots?
A: Sr.Mod+ can clear plots for you.

Q: How do I do X command?
A: If it's a horse command, you can do /h h [command], for example /h h auction.
