Getting Started

Where's my Horse?

If you can't find your horse, use '/h l' to view your horses, then click on your horse, and do '/h tp here' to bring it to you, or simply '/h tp' to go to it. If you don't see any horses on your list, then sadly your horse has died. You can buy a new one from '/h market', where players sell their horses on the auction, or buy a new custom Build-A-Horse. The choice is yours.

All a Board(ing)!

So your horse is going to need a place to stay. Lots of players offer boarding for horses at reasonable prices, OR if you can afford it, you can buy a stall on your plot, and keep your horse there (See the Plot guides).

Food and Water

Horses, like you and I, need food and water to live, so it's a good idea to make sure your buddy has access to food/water where ever you decide to keep them. Food can come in the form of hay bales, or, hay nets stocked with food from '/h market'. You can obtain hay nets, and other misc blocks using the '/deco' command. Water comes in the form of well... water, but can also be obtained from cauldrons or water buckets from '/deco' that have water buckets inside them.

Medical Stuff

Your horse can get ill. So it's a good idea to get it vaccinated. Ask for a vet to come and vaccinate your horse to ensure your horse doesn't get really ill, bad things happen when horses get ill. If there's no Vets/Farriers/Dentists online, you can get one via your horse's interaction menu!

Shoes

Shoes give your horse a competitive advantage, so make sure you get your horse shod by a farrier! Ask for a farrier to shod your horse.

Tack & Equipment

Purchasing tack & equipment can give you a competitive advantage. You don't need it, but having it equiped on your horse, will make your horse less likely to rear or misbehave.

Auto-Events

Auto-Events are events held every hour by the server, and provide a way to earn a bit of money, even just participating gets you a small bit of money! To participate you need to have a horse that is suitable for the event, but don't worry if you don't, '/warp freeuse' has horses for everyone to use.

Poop Market

Yep. You read the title right. All the poop you collect from your horses can be sold on the poop market, accessed with '/h market'. Just look for the poop icon and boom, you're in business. The more poop you have, the more money you'll receive from selling.

Being an Employee

Players are often looking for stablehands to train their horses and look after them. Ask about, see if anyone has work!
