Equitopia Main Server Rules

• Please respect all players and property. This includes rudeness, stealing, etc.
• Racism, homophobic comments or any other types of insult are not permitted.
• Discussion of sensitive topics is not permitted. Please think before you speak.
• Griefing and stealing is not tolerated. It will always result in a ban.
• Please keep bad language to a minimum. Offensive words are not tolerated.
• Advertising and discussing other servers is not permitted. This includes private messages.
• Disrespect towards staff is highly punishable. No matter the reasoning.
• Events are only to be hosted with permission from a staff member. Staff should be online at the time.
• Please do not bring personal issues into the global chat. Deal with it elsewhere.
• All buildings/structures are to be paid for. Use /structures to buy structures on your plot.
• Gamemode Creative is only given for building. Hosting shows may also be valid with reasoning.
• Duplicating items in creative is not permitted. It could result in a ban.
• Barns and horses should not be built/placed underground. Please keep them above ground.
• Staff decision is final. Please do not try to argue.
• Anti-AFK machines are not permitted.
• Please only use English in the global chat. Other languages in messages are fine.
• Please do not create excuses. Your account is your responsibility
• We do not in any shape or form allow plagiarism. Stealing/copying barn ideas is taken seriously.
• Spamming and creating drama in chat will result in a mute. Please be mature in global chat.
• Bypassing a mute will result in being kicked/banned.
• Use of /me is to be used only for roleplay and advertisements. Only advertise every 10 minutes.
• Staff should not be denied from your plot or ignored. There is no valid reason for doing so.
• Do not sell plots for under $30,000.
• Please be sensible when setting your nickname. Abuse it, you lose it.
• Alt accounts are not permitted and will be banned, unless specifically stated otherwise by staff.

Horse Specific Rules

• Please do not set prefixes on horses that you did not produce yourself.
• Please do not set others prefixes on horses you didnt breed. Ask the breeder to set it.
• Please respect the breeders personal rules.
• Trainees and below players are not allowed to own pregnant mares.
• Do not sell horses for under 80% of their evaluation. Use /h i evaluation to find out 80%.
• Please do not name horses after famous IRL horses. Generic names such as Spirit are exempt.
• Please do not train more than one horse at a a time. It isnt realistic.
• Please do not claim any duplicate horses caused by bugs.
• Please do not hold horses for people until they rank. This defeats the purpose of rank based stats.
• Please do not ride on the roads in plot world or ride off in the flat world.
• Arenas need to be at least 60x60 to be eligible for hosting. Cow Roping, Flat Racing and Dressage do not count.
• Shows must be planned 2 days in advance, unless the total prize money is below $15,000.
• Please do not leave in the middle of an auto-event.
• Please do not use any form of speed tester to work out how fast your horse is.
• Stalls must be atleast 4x4 and no bigger than 12x12.
• Pastures must have at least a size of 15x15 per horse (or 225 blocks).
• Horses should always have access to food and water.
• There should be a gap of 12 blocks between 0-3.9ft jumps, and a gap of 14 for 4ft+ jumps at least.
• Players who quit may only give away 3 horses.
• Ridden speed tests are not allowed
